To be considered for employment, candidates must:
- Be at least 19 years of age
- Have a Class D, and Class G, State of Florida, Security Officer License
- Have a Personal Computer and be computer literate
- Have a valid drivers license with no violations within the past year
- Be a U.S. citizen, legal resident or have been authorized to work by the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services
- Be of good moral character and have a professional appearance
- Complete a single-scope background check
- Not have a criminal record
- Be physically fit and in generally good health in order to perform all duties as assigned. Be able to stand in adverse conditions for long periods of time.
- Not be a chronic or habitual user of alcohol and/or drugs (Pass a complete drug screen)
- Have a telephone or other reliable means of communication
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a high school education or suitable equivalent
- Be able to read, write and speak the English language fluently
- Satisfactorily complete a 120-day probationary period
- Have your own duty gear, including a utility belt and equipment.
- Must agree to abide by all company policies and prcedures
- Sign a detailed employment contract
- Military and Former Law Enforcement preferred but not required.
